TUTORIAL : How
to Download a File with Internet Explorer
|
Click
on the link to the file you want to download.
A
window will appear, asking you what to do with the file. Select Save
it to disk and click O.K.

The next window asks where you want to save the file on your computer.
The easiest place to find it would be the desktop, so click on the
Save In box and select Desktop.

Internet Explorer will begin downloading the file. Another window
will appear that will show how much has been saved, and sometimes
the time left as well.

When
the entire file has been downloaded, the icon will appear on the
desktop and can be opened by simply double clicking on it.
